Bivol vs Beterbiev II Fight Preview

In what has been hailed as arguably the greatest boxing card ever staged, it’s Bivol and Beterbiev who will take the spotlight in the headline event.

It’s the rematch for all of the marbles at 175 pounds that boxing fans have been eagerly anticipating globally.

Last October, the two rivals battled it out in a technically captivating clash over 12 rounds, as Beterbiev was awarded a somewhat controversial majority decision victory from the ringside judges.

That was the first time that the now defending undisputed champion had ever been taken the 12-round distance in his career to date, with Bivol having seemingly done enough to realise his dream of clinching all the belts.

I’ve studied the mistakes I made in the first fight. This time, I’m coming prepared to box smart and leave with the belts,” stated Bivol in the lead up to this highly-anticipated second showdown.

Bivol now has a second shot at claiming all the division gold by dethroning Beterbiev at the Kingdom Arena and taking his seat on the light-heavyweight throne. LFG.
