Sizing Tips
Sparring? Go 16oz.
Most gyms ask for it, whatever your weight.
Between two sizes?
Go heavier for sparring, lighter for bag work.
Wearing hand wraps?
No need to size up. The gloves are made to fit over them.

LACE |
TWIN STRAP |
| FIT |
The most secure fit, locked from wrist to forearm |
Lace-level support, tightened at the wrist and cuff separately |
| PUTTING ON |
Needs someone to tie you in |
Easy to put on yourself, no help needed |
| BEST FOR |
Sparring with a coach |
Solo training, bag work and sparring |
Same glove either way: same padding, same features. Only the closure changes.
