The Role
As Senior Apparel designer you will take a leading role in designing, creating and developing BOXRAW products under the guidance and mentorship of the Head of Procurement & Product Development and the Founder & CEO. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to contribute to building out a leading design team and be a key player in scaling a deeply purpose-driven brand into a global legacy.
Main Accountabilities
- Research and lead the creation of menswear & womenswear seasonal collections collaboratively and in line with brand direction.
- Researching market trends, competitors and customer influences while understanding the commercial impact and value of design decisions and the product creation process.
- Deliver design strategy for apparel seasonally and in time with key critical path dates and deadlines.
- Lead the team from the initial design concept, demonstrating an advanced understanding of clear concise technical CAD design specifications.
- Daily workload management and planning.
- Responsible for both creation of the styles and maintaining development across the season.
- Partner with Mid and Junior Designers to ensure that the creative direction and design direction are captured in all style designs.

The Role
Reporting to the Partnerships Earned Media Manager you’ll support our influencer/creator campaign activation globally with a primary focus on US/UK, which should result in greater brand equity and reach, followers, engagement, traffic & sales for BOXRAW and BOXRAW Women. Under the guidance of the Earned Media Manager, you will carry out partnership activities (spanning Pro Boxers, Amateur Boxers, Coaches, PTs, Gyms & Influencers) related to our campaigns, such as photoshoots, video productions, online content creation and events. You will also conduct relationship management with our partner network including the scouting of new upcoming talent, researching objectives, developing and communicating briefs, tracking and reporting on the performance of earned media activity. A core part of your role will also be owning the day to day management and operations for seeding activity across our Leads Pipelines, Partnership Network and Brand Shoots.

Main Accountabilities
Partner Management
- Manage & maintain the Partnerships Leads Pipeline
- Manage & maintain the Partnerships Tracker

As Paid Media Manager, you’ll lead all traffic and new customer acquisition activity within an agreed Cost Per Acquisition / CaC framework that you’ll propose, agree and review with the business on an ongoing basis. As a minimum, this will be Paid Social (your super-power), Search Engine Marketing, Display Retargeting and Affiliates. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to expand to new acquisition channels and build a team that can execute at a world-class standard. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to build out a leading Paid Media function and be a key player in scaling a deeply purpose-driven brand into a global legacy.
Main Accountabilities
- Own all Media / Traffic Driving tactics and deliver best practice in Paid Social, SEM, Affiliates, Re-targeting & Display,
- Unlock the opportunity (most likely with agency support) to use ATL, BTL and other offline channels that unlock our objectives;
- Ensure BOXRAW mitigates the risk of cookie-less / 3rd-party-data-less future;
- Propose, Agree and Review internal team vs external agency strategy on an on-going / periodic basis;
- Set, monitor CPA/CaC by channel to deliver ‘profitable’ acquisition activity for BOXRAW and establish KPIs for yourself/your team to work against;
- Develop an attribution model which allows you, your function and broader business to understand how each media channel contributes to visits / sales
- Work closely with trading team and the broader product team to agree call to action / tactics and trading plan that optimises your retention activity;
- Work closely with the Marketing (Retention / CRM) team to align on all activity; greater results in retention (LTV) unlock greater acquisition budgets for the business, which means larger databases for you to target, manage and unlock greater customer Insight (through deep segmentation), Marketing Insight and Business Insight which leads to optimisation of your activity;
- Hire, lead and coach a leading-edge team to help execute against goals;
- Provide expertise on current eCommerce industry best practice, with Media / Traffic driving focus;

- Establish the paid media creative strategy and feedback loop, collaborating with the creative team to build ad creative briefs, concepts and messaging based on insights and learnings.
- Make creative selects and own final sign off for all Paid Media Campaigns
- Write paid ad copy per Brand Guidelines
- Conduct audience insights and strategy
- Forecast and track account metrics and analytics resulting from paid campaigns, leading on A/B testing to enhance and optimise results
- Spot and identify new opportunities, testing, learning, and maximising performance.
- Support the creation of testing and learning roadmaps, ongoing data analysis, and presenting results and insights for Brand & Commercial Teams.

The Role
The Financial Exec will perform a key role supporting the CEO & Departmental Heads, in the effective running of the Office & Company Operations on a day to day basis with a particular focus on financial operations. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in scaling a deeply purpose-driven brand into a global legacy
Main Accountabilities
- Facilitate and enable day-to-day information flows between the company department heads and finance managed services provider;
- Receive & validate supplier invoices, coding accurately in accordance with the Chart of Accounts
- Upload supplier invoices onto the finance platform, within set time timeframes
- Liaise with suppliers where invoices are not received, or invoices are not accurate
- Resolve ad hoc queries between the department heads and the finance managed service provider
- Liaise with payroll payment providers to get monthly updates on numbers to process
- Perform treasury management activities in advance of monthly payment runs
- Assisting with purchase & sales ledger
- Assist with team admin, credit card accounts, card payments, banking, staff expenses
- Deal with telephone and email enquiries
- Create and maintain filing and other office systems
- Schedule and attend meetings, create agendas and take minutes
- Liaise with external contacts on behalf of departmental heads
- Sort and distribute incoming post and organise and send outgoing post
- Take inventory of supplies and restock when needed.

Experience
- Previous office administration experience, preferably financial administration
- Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets
- Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload, managing multiple tasks concurrently

The Role
As Operations Executive, you will work closely with the Head of Operations to facilitate core processes and provide data and insights that ensure the effective functioning of the department. This is an exciting opportunity to kick start your career in Operations / Insights within a fast scaling, deeply purpose-driven brand.
Main Accountabilities
- Maintaining performance dashboards
- Creating inbound advanced shipping notices
- Creating outbound customs documentation
- Booking shipments
- Operations & Customer Service performance analysis
- Pulling data & generating reports per cross-departmental request
- Other operations duties as required
Key Skills
- Savvy with spreadsheets, analytically oriented and enjoys working with data
