The Role

We’re looking for an Operations Manager to build and grow our operations function for BOXRAW as we level up in the next stage of our journey. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in scaling a deeply purpose-driven brand into a global legacy.

Main Accountabilities

• Lead the customer care team in offering a best-in-class customer experience
• Work closely with 3PL to carry out fulfilment promises in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Monitor operations KPI’s
• Ensure orders are fulfilled
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies
• Organise incoming shipments from suppliers, ensuring timely delivery to our warehouse. Track packages, chase down any delays, and maintain accurate records.
• Point of contact for the partnerships and brand team when booking out parcels.

• Manage and validate operational invoices

• Work closely with the product and GTM teams to communicate stock delivery, stock issue and customer care insights
• Second sign off on operational costs
• Provide clear and concise reports for stakeholders that outline strategies, objectives and performance for ops and cs

The Role

As a Merchandiser, you will set the merchandising strategy to achieve our annual financial plan and forecast sales and inventory weekly to address trends and changes in the market, communicating risks and opportunities to Buyers. This is a one-of-a-kind, opportunity for the right individual to grow with our company, in scaling a deeply purpose-driven brand into a global legacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a financial merchandise plan by product category, item, and store that supports the company’s financial objectives.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and minimum order quantities with suppliers.
• Manage the product lifecycle from sourcing to end-of-life, including forecasting, budgeting, and inventory management.
• Utilise historical data and current market trends to support the buying process and deliver the financial plan.
• Compile weekly sales, markdown, inventory, and vendor data and provide analysis that supports risks or opportunities to current forecasts.
• Interpret trends in order to drive sales and increase merchandise productivity.
• Ensure stock levels are sufficient to support sales trends and maximise inventory productivity.
• Lead weekly and Monthly Forecasting and Strategy meetings with the Buying Team.
• Develop ad hoc reports as needed to drive or react to current and future business.
• Collects relevant competitor and market knowledge on products, pricing, trends, and events.

What We're Looking For

• Buyer/Merch experience within Fashion eCommerce preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Planning & Merchandising or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Seeking to use prior experience, to build infrastructure, define and lead the growth of the Merchandising capability at BOXRAW
• Strong analytical/statistical skills including a comprehensive understanding of retail math concepts and formulation of business plans
• Ability to analyze open to buy, develop forecasts, and recommend in-season action to minimize risk.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Use a logical thought process to solve complex problems.
• Experience with planning & allocation software.
• Advanced level Microsoft Excel spreadsheet creation and manipulation.

About BOXRAWLABS

The Role

As a BOXRAWLABS Exec, you will play a crucial role in supporting the lead engineer in various aspects of the BOXRAWLABS project. Your responsibilities will include organising video data, assisting with labelling, compiling, and updating statistics, contributing to data pre-processing tasks, and implementing data processing modules in Python. Additionally, you will be involved in the training of these modules and the design and implementation of model evaluation statistics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Organise the Upload and Transformation of Raw Video:
• Manage the systematic upload of raw video data.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient transformation of raw video into usable formats.
2. Assist with Labelling of Videos:
• Work closely with the team to label key elements in boxing match videos.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in labelling practices.
3. Compile and Update Stats on the Labelling of Videos:
• Maintain organised and up-to-date statistics related to video labelling.
• Provide regular updates to the lead engineer and the team.
4. Assist with the Design of Data Pre-processing Tasks:
• Collaborate in the conceptualisation and planning of data pre-processing tasks.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the efficiency of data processing.
5. Implement Selected Data Pre-Processing Modules:
• Write code in Python to implement selected data pre-processing modules.
• Work with the lead engineer to ensure seamless integration with the overall project.
6. Assist with Testing of Data Pre-Processing Modules:
• Participate in testing procedures to validate the functionality of data pre-processing modules.
• Identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during testing.
7. Assist with the Design of Model evaluation Statistics:
• Collaborate in the design and planning of model evaluation statistics.
• Contribute to the development of meaningful metrics for assessing model performance.
8. Implement Calculation and Display of Model Evaluation Statistics:
• Write code in Python to calculate and display model evaluation statistics.
• Ensure clarity and user-friendliness of the displayed information.

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics.
• Proficiency in Python programming language desirable.

The Role

We’re looking for a digital marketing intern who’s seeking to develop their skills and discover a career in digital marketing. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll have a team of marketing and e-commerce experts on hand to support your development across Performance Marketing, CRM, and Analytics.
