Boxing is a spearhead to reach, engage, and resonate with some of the most disadvantaged youths. The sport also lays the foundation for many key life skills such as discipline, perseverance, and the development of socio-emotional skills.
Through boxing, we equip young people with the skills and confidence to shape their own futures in school, work, and life.

Campaigns and Research
We recently ran a Mental Health Awareness Month campaign, combining bite sized versions of academic papers and creative storytelling to highlight the strong sense of community in boxing, and how it supports mental wellbeing.
Our Other Projects
Through a variety of volunteer missions trips, we up skilled local coaches in Africa and disseminated nutrition information tailored to local produce, and equipped young boxers with gear. Our work spanned Liberia, Ghana, and South Africa.
Our Recent Trips
Our Fighting for the Future U.S. tour, in collaboration with HE Turki Al-Sheikh saw the BIL team target 4 states across the US from Baltimore to New York to LA to Vegas, donating gear and equipment, while hosting boxing workshops for children and coaches.
