Role: |
Head of Brand |
Reports to: |
Founder & CEO |
Leads: |
Brand team of 6 across creative, social, content, and design |
Location: |
Coventry HQ. Hybrid considered for the right person. |
The role
BOXRAW is building the most authoritative brand in boxing. Premium product, elite performance, and culture-first storytelling. Over the next three years we plan to go from a respected brand inside the sport to the reason people come into it.
As Head of Brand, you protect our voice, look, and standard across every customer-facing touchpoint. You set direction, run the operation, elevate the work, and own how we take product to market. You lead a creative team that includes a Creative Lead driving campaign ideation, edits and on-set direction. You hold the bar when the founder can’t be in the room.
What you own
Sign-off on everything public-facing. Nothing ships without you:
- Campaign concepts and hero creative.
- Shoot approvals: photographers, videographers, models, e-com talent.
- Captions, social imagery, feed and story.
- Website imagery and on-site copy.
- Email - creative and copy.
- Product descriptions.
Campaigns and GTM. Every product we launch is a story. You own the idea and the rollout, from first teaser to post-launch, so drops land with weight, not just assets.
Team. Daily standups, clear briefs, weekly 1:1s, fast feedback, deadlines that hold. You raise the ceiling for everyone reporting to you. You own hiring for your direct reports. The founder signs off on final picks.
Voice. The way BOXRAW sounds across product, campaign, social, email, web, PR. You write the lines that matter. You edit everything else.
Consistency. The connective tissue between men’s and women’s, product and culture, a glove launch and a community event. One voice, one standard.
Brand-face judgement. You have a clear point of view on who BOXRAW should be working with: athletes, collaborators, talent, creators. Commercial leads close the deals. You own whether the people are right for us.
Partner marketing. When our partners’ teams come to the table, you represent BOXRAW credibly. The founder doesn’t need to be in every meeting.
Working with the founder
The founder stays close to the brand. You’ll run it, but you won’t run it alone. Bring recommendations, not open questions. The stronger the work, the more room you get.
The bar
- Shoots land fully briefed. Assets arrive on time and complete.
- Revision cycles shrink. Quality rises.
- Every launch lands with a real story, not a loose set of posts.
Who you are
- 5-8 years leading brand at a DTC apparel, streetwear, or sport brand with real cultural weight.
- A campaign thinker. You’ve taken product to market and it’s landed.
- A writer as well as a director. You can edit anything and write when it counts.
- Fluent in the brands shaping culture right now, with a point of view on why they work, not just who they are.
- You know boxing, or you’re genuinely compelled by it. You don’t fake it.
- You manage people. Direct, protective, honest, demanding.
- You move fast. BOXRAW ships. Strong this week beats perfect next week, most of the time.
- Bonus: you’ve directed or shot yourself. Not required, but it helps.
The deal
- £80k+
- Meaningful Equity (ESOP) with growth options.
- Private healthcare, 33 days leave inc. bank holidays, 50% F&F discount, quarterly gear allowance, weekly team boxing.

CRM Manager |
Function: |
Digital |
Location: |
BOXRAW HQ, Coventry |
Salary: |
£50,000 |
Benefits: |
|
THE ROLE
BOXRAW is building the most authoritative brand in boxing. Premium product, elite performance, and culture-first storytelling. Over the next three years we plan to go from a respected brand inside the sport to the reason people come into it.
CRM is one of the biggest growth opportunities in our business. We have a strong and engaged customer base, a proven product, and a brand people genuinely connect with. The infrastructure is there - but we've only scratched the surface of what it can do. This role is about taking complete ownership of the channel, raising the ceiling on what CRM contributes to the business, and building it into something that drives serious, consistent revenue at every stage of the customer lifecycle.
Although CRM is the primary focus, this role thinks beyond the inbox. Every customer touchpoint matters - from loyalty and post-purchase to onsite and beyond. You'll work across the digital team to make sure the full customer journey is considered and optimised.
We need someone who comes in with a deep understanding of CRM strategy, the commercial judgement to know what will move the needle, and the technical ability to own this end to end. You know what to say, who to say it to, and why - and you have the skills to build, send, and analyse it yourself.
WHAT YOU OWN
Audit & ownership.
Come in, understand what's live, what's working, and where the gaps are. Own the full picture of our CRM setup from day one - flows, segments, list health, deliverability, revenue split. Nothing should be a blind spot.
Strategy & intent.
Own what we say, when we say it, and who we say it to. Every campaign and flow should have a clear strategic rationale - not just 'we need to send something this week.' You generate the angles, the hooks, and the thinking independently.
Flows.
Audit, rebuild, and maintain a full lifecycle flow architecture - from first touch through to retention and reactivation. Every stage of the customer journey should have something working behind it.
Segmentation & send frequency.
Move beyond broad engagement-based segments. Build a segmentation strategy rooted in purchase behaviour, lifecycle stage, and customer value - with a structured send frequency model that matches the right volume of communication to the right tier of customer.
New customer lifecycle.
Build intentional experiences for customers at different stages of their journey with BOXRAW. First-time buyers, repeat customers, and high-value customers should each have a strategy - not all treated the same.
Reactivation.
Don't wait until customers have been gone for months. Build proactive early intervention strategies to re-engage customers showing signs of disengagement before they go cold.
Campaigns.
Plan, build, and send email and SMS campaigns end to end. Copywriting, designing in Photoshop, building in Klaviyo, testing, scheduling, and reporting. You're expected to bring your own angles and ideas to the table - not wait to be told what to send.
Loyalty & Black Card.
BOXRAW runs a loyalty programme - Black Card. CRM plays a key role in bringing it to life. Loyalty is part of your remit and should be considered within your wider CRM strategy.
Calendar.
Own the CRM calendar. Aligned to product launches, trading goals, and key moments in the boxing world. Proactive, not reactive.
Data & insight.
Klaviyo is sitting on valuable customer data. Surface it. Who are our highest value customers? What do they buy? Who's at risk of churning? Make CRM data useful beyond email metrics - feeding insight back into trading, product, and wider marketing decisions.
Reporting.
Weekly and monthly CRM reporting. Revenue, engagement, deliverability, and customer movement across lifecycle stages - who's growing in value, who's slipping, and what's being done about it.
List health.
Own deliverability, list growth, and suppression. Keep the list clean and the domain healthy.
Testing.
Structured A/B testing across subject lines, send times, content, and audiences. Build learnings over time.
WORKING WITH THE TEAM
You'll report directly to the Head of Digital. In the early stages you'll work closely with them and the founder on sign-off - but the expectation is that you earn autonomy quickly. The goal is a CRM function that runs itself, with you at the wheel.
You'll collaborate with the brand team on creative, stay connected to trading objectives through the commercial team, and work across the wider digital function to make sure CRM is informing decisions - not operating in isolation.
THE BAR
- A full, audited flow architecture is live, tested, and generating consistent revenue.
- Flow revenue is growing as a share of total CRM revenue - automations doing the heavy lifting, not just manual sends.
- A structured segmentation and send frequency model is in place. Campaigns are targeted and relevant, not blanket sends.
- New customers have a clear, intentional lifecycle experience from day one.
- At-risk customers are being identified and acted on early - not written off after months of silence.
- Black Card loyalty touchpoints are integrated into the CRM calendar.
- CRM data is being used beyond Klaviyo - informing trading, product, and marketing decisions.
- Sign-off process is streamlined. Autonomy is increasing over time.
- The list is healthy - strong deliverability, growing subscriber base, low churn.
FIRST 90 DAYS
Days 1-30: Audit & understand.
Full audit of everything live in Klaviyo - flows, segments, campaigns, list health, deliverability, revenue split. Understand what's working, what's broken, and what's missing. Come back with a prioritised plan.
Days 30-60: Rebuild the foundations.
Full overhaul of existing flows - updated copy, updated creative, corrected logic, improved strategy. A structured segmentation and campaign frequency model defined and beginning to be implemented. Early lifecycle and reactivation strategies in progress.
Days 60-90: Running at pace.
Overhauled flows live and generating revenue. Campaign segmentation model in place and running. Black Card CRM touchpoints mapped and being built out. Reporting framework established. Operating with increasing autonomy on sign-off.
WHO YOU ARE
- You've owned CRM end to end before - strategy and execution, not just one or the other.
- You have strong marketing judgement. You know what an email should say and why before you open Klaviyo.
- You can generate your own angles and hooks without being briefed. A blank canvas doesn't slow you down.
- You know Klaviyo well. Flows, segments, A/B testing, deliverability - all of it.
- You're confident with email and SMS. Both channels sit within this role.
- You can design. Photoshop proficiency is required - you're building the emails yourself.
- You write well. Copy is part of the job.
- You're a data nerd. Comfortable in Excel and Google Sheets, able to pull your own analysis and draw conclusions without being spoon-fed.
- You use AI as a tool to sharpen execution - but the strategy and intent comes from you.
- You're analytical. You look at numbers, draw conclusions, and act on them.
- You're a builder. You get energy from setting things up properly and making them perform.
- You understand DTC ecommerce and how CRM sits within the broader customer journey.
- You're obsessive about the detail. Subject lines, send times, segment logic - nothing is too small to get right.
SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE AT BOXRAW
- Are energised by our vision and have a genuine interest in the sport of boxing.
- Seek ownership and are driven to be the best at what they do.
- Are unafraid to speak their mind and give direct, honest feedback.
- Are solution-focused. Find a way.
- Understand the realities of a fast-growing brand and are happy to roll their sleeves up - no job is too big or too small.
- Want to be a key part of building something that lasts.
THE DEAL
- £50,000
- Employee share scheme (ESOP)
- Private healthcare
- 33 days annual leave inc. bank holidays
- 50% friends & family discount

Role: |
Social Media Manager (Mens & Womens) |
Location: |
Coventry HQ |
Type: |
Full-time |
Reporting to: |
Head of Brand |
THE ROLE
BOXRAW isn’t “content for content’s sake”. We build brand authority in boxing - premium product, elite performance, and culture-first storytelling. Social is one of the sharpest weapons we have to make that real every day.
We’re hiring a Social Media Manager to own our organic presence across Men’s and Women’s - turning our channels into a consistent, high-quality engine for growth, community, and brand heat.
This role needs someone who is deep on trends but not ruled by them. You’ll know what’s genuinely culturally relevant, what’s just hype, and what fits BOXRAW. You’ll have a strong creative eye: you understand the intent of a post, you can pick the right frames, shape the narrative, and protect the brand tone. If you treat social like your baby, obsess over quality, and take pride in delivering great work every day, you’ll thrive here.
YOUR MANDATE
- Build a social engine that runs weekly: clear pillars, clear cadence, clear standards.
- Increase reach and engagement without diluting the brand into generic fitness content.
- Make Men’s and Women’s accounts feel distinct but unmistakably BOXRAW.
- Turn launches into moments through structured storytelling, not last-minute posting.
- Bring ideas from culture and the market, then hand them over as executable concepts to the brand team.
HOW YOU’LL WORK
- Head of Brand owns: overall creative direction and final sign-off standards.
- You own: the social plan, channel strategy, copywriting, posting, community, testing, reporting, and day-to-day execution.
- Brand Producer owns: timelines, shoot logistics, and delivery coordination - you feed them what you need early and clearly.
- Partnerships owns: talent relationships - you translate those moments into content and keep deliverables moving.
Main Accountabilities
1. Own Organic Social Across Channels
- Own BOXRAW organic social across Instagram (Men’s + Women’s), TikTok, YouTube (Shorts + long-form support), and any priority channels.
- Protect brand voice and presentation across posts, stories, reels, carousels, short-form, and community replies.
- Maintain a premium, boxing-authentic standard - no filler, no generic templates, no trend-chasing that doesn’t fit.
2. Build and Run the Social Calendar
- Translate the GTM calendar into weekly/monthly social plans with clear story arcs (tease > drop > sustain > community).
- Create repeatable series and content pillars that compound over time (not random one-offs).
- Plan ahead so we aren’t reactive, and launches never feel rushed or under-supported.
3. Creative Taste, Selection & Execution
- Select imagery and clips with a strong creative eye: you understand why a post exists and what it’s meant to make people feel/do.
- Write and distribute briefs (hooks, formats, shots, captions, outcomes) for internal creatives, talent, and creators.
- Collaborate with the team on editing direction: pacing, sequencing, captions, framing, tone. (You don’t need to be a full editor, but you need taste and standards.)
- Ensure Men’s and Women’s feeds look intentional, consistent, and world-class.
4. Community & Brand Voice
- Own community management: comments, DMs, reposting, and engagement - with a consistent BOXRAW-coded tone.
- Be responsive when it matters (launch windows, viral moments, talent posts, community issues).
- Capture community insights (sentiment, FAQs, objections, product requests) and feed them back to Brand/Product.
5. Trend Intelligence With Judgment
- Stay ahead of trends, formats, sounds, memes, creators and platform shifts - daily.
- Separate what’s culturally meaningful from what’s hype.
- Propose new concepts and series inspired by the market, then package them into clear execution plans the brand team can act on.
6. Performance, Reporting & Growth Strategy
- Track performance weekly/monthly with clear reporting: what worked, what didn’t, what we repeat, what we stop.
- Run structured testing across hooks, formats, cadence, series, and creator mix.
- Define what “good” looks like per channel and drive continuous improvement.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- A consistent weekly cadence that never drops and doesn’t rely on last-minute scrambling.
- Men’s and Women’s channels feel distinct, premium, and undeniably BOXRAW.
- Measurable lift in reach, engagement quality (saves/shares/comments), and follower growth.
- Launch weeks feel like controlled storytelling arcs, not sporadic posting.
- Clear reporting that leads to better decisions - not vanity dashboards.
- Stronger community connection (more DMs, more replies, more UGC, better sentiment).
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years managing organic social for a consumer brand (sportswear/apparel/fitness/culture preferred).
- Strong platform fluency across IG, TikTok, and YouTube - you know what works where and why.
- Strong creative judgment: you can select frames, structure posts, and protect brand presentation.
- Strong copywriting ability for social-first storytelling: hooks, captions, scripts, and community tone (you can write and you can edit - daily).
- Comfortable with analytics and reporting (IG Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio; GA4/Shopify attribution a bonus).
- Highly organised: you plan ahead, communicate clearly, and deliver every week.
- Willingness to work out-of-hours when needed (sport is live, culture moves fast).
- Boxing training/culture knowledge, experience working with athletes/creators, familiarity with content pillars systems, basic editing capability.
TRAITS THAT WIN AT BOXRAW
- Obsessive ownership: you treat the channels like your name is on them.
- Taste over noise: trend-aware, but never corny.
- Pride in craft: you care about details: thumbnails, crops, sequencing, captions, tone.
- Workhorse energy: consistent output, consistent standards, no drama.
- Calm under pressure: you can ship during launches, events, and fast-moving moments.
BENEFITS
- Private healthcare (UK only)
- Employee share option pool
- 33 days annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays
- Quarterly staff gear allowance
- 50% friends & family discount
- Weekly team boxing

We’re driving boxing forwards, by delivering innovative, credible and disruptive products, across the boxing ecosystem. We enable fighters* of all levels, genders and abilities to compete equally on the world stage or against themselves.

THE ROLE
BOXRAW partnerships aren’t random one-offs - they’re a repeatable engine for cultural relevance, community growth, and brand authority in boxing.
We’re hiring a Partnerships Manager to run the day-to-day execution that makes partnerships and activations work: finding influencers, seeding packages, affiliate management, relationship management, talent coordination, Sparring Club logistics, creator briefs, reporting, and general operational problem-solving.
You’ll be the person who keeps the function moving when it gets messy: international time zones, shipping delays, customs issues, last-minute changes, and high standards, whilst ensuring commercial efficiency. You’ll learn fast, gain real responsibility, and build a serious foundation in brand partnerships.
Your Mandate
- Build systems that make execution reliable: trackers, templates, briefs, timelines, and follow-ups.
- Become the go-to person for talent seeding + coordination, and the glue between partners and the brand team.
- Help Sparring Club and activations feel tight, premium, and culturally relevant — not amateur
- You own: day-to-day execution, comms, follow-ups, logistics, trackers, briefs, and making sure nothing slips.
- You’ll work closely with the Brand Producer when activations overlap with shoots and GTM timelines.

- You’ll work closely with the Brand Producer when activations overlap with shoots and GTM timelines.
Main Accountabilities
1. Partnerships Pipeline & Outreach Support
- Maintain and update the partnerships pipeline and contact lists (fighters, coaches, gyms, creators, brands).
- Support outreach: follow-ups, scheduling, inbox management, and keeping momentum.
- Research and propose new talent/partners aligned to BOXRAW (boxing, sport, culture, entertainment).
2. Relationship Management (Talent + Partners)
- Keep relationships warm: check-ins, timely replies, managing expectations, being professional and likeable.
- Coordinate bookings, appearances, visits, content commitments, and confirmations.
- Handle day-to-day comms so senior time is spent on the high-leverage parts.
3. Seeding, Packages & Styling Support
- Build and manage seeding packages end-to-end: product selection, sizing, personalisation, packaging notes, and dispatch.
- Know how to put together strong outfits for talent (what looks good, what fits the culture, what they’ll actually wear).
- Chase deliveries, manage missing parcels, resolve customs delays, and coordinate with shipping providers.
4. Sparring Club & Activation Operations
- Support Sparring Club execution: sourcing venues, vendors, F&B, equipment, staffing, timings, run-of-show support.
- Make calls, send enquiries, chase quotes, compare options, and escalate decisions fast.
- Help bring the “premium but gritty” BOXRAW standard to real-world events.
5. Creator/UGC Sourcing & Briefing

- Track output, chase deadlines, and ensure content meets baseline quality before it reaches the team.
6. Deliverables, Tracking & Accountability
- Track deliverables across talent/partners: posts, stories, appearances, content deadlines, rights and usage.
- Keep everything documented: what was agreed, by when, and what we got.
- Flag issues early with solutions (not excuses).
7. Reporting, KPIs & Admin Excellence
- Maintain a clean partnerships tracker and weekly updates.
- Report on KPIs: content delivered, reach/engagement, views, link performance, redemptions, event impact (where applicable).
- Be strong with spreadsheets, organisation, and basic operational finance (quotes, invoices, budgets with the Producer).
EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years experience in partnerships, affiliate management, talent, influencer, events, brand activation, production.
- Extremely organised with sharp attention to detail (sizes, dates, deliverables, addresses, timelines).
- Confident communicator, comfortable messaging/calling fighters, gyms, creators, and partners.
- Calm under pressure; can juggle many moving parts without dropping the ball.
- Strong cultural awareness (boxing + sport + entertainment): you know what’s relevant and what’s cringe.
- Solid with spreadsheets and trackers; you don’t avoid admin, you win through it.
- Flexibility for early/late calls when working internationally.
- Boxing experience/knowledge.
- Bonus: styling eye, basic negotiation confidence, and event experience.
