DAY OF RECKONING PREVIEW

Now under the guidance of new trainer Ben Davison, former unified heavyweight champion Joshua continues his push towards another crack at reclaiming his crown.

In the top of the bill fight, he takes on dangerous challenger Wallin, who previously gave current division champion Tyson Fury a tough night’s work back in 2019.

Victory over the Swedish contender will likely set up a long-awaited showdown against American knockout artist Wilder, who features in the co-main event.

‘The Bronze Bomber’ will look to overcome New Zealander Parker with another explosive display, in the first ring outing since his returning first-round demolition of Robert Helenius back in October last year.

Wins for both Joshua and Wilder are expected to set up an official announcement and face-off between the pair in Saudi Arabia.

Before then, Bivol will look to make the 11th successful defence of his light-heavyweight title against Manchester challenger Lyndon Arthur and edge closer to a potential Canelo Alvarez rematch or Artur Beterbiev undisputed fight in 2024.

Despite having to vacate his cruiserweight world title due to issues with the sanctioning bodies, recognised number one of the division Jai Opetaia will face off with unbeaten British opponent Ellis Zorro.

Recent world title challenger Daniel Dubois will look to overcome his setback against Oleksandr Usyk as he faces the controversial ‘Big Baby’ Jarrell Miller and top heavyweight contender Filip Hrgovic will take on Mark De Mori.

Rounding off a stacked Christmas card, Arslanbek Makhmudov challenges European champion Agit Kabayel and Canelo training partner Frank Sanchez seeks to get past Junior Fa.
